INSTALLATION OF NEW SYSTEMS

We work with contractors on new home builds to make sure your HVAC system is designed right.  We also change out or upgrade systems when the old ones give out.  While other companies will offer to install a new system anytime something needs fixing, we'll try our best to keep your current system running for as long as possible, aiming to save you money in the long run.  And when it's time to get a new system, we'll give you our honest opinion of what your best options are.

​HOME ENERGY AUDITS

Do you know how airtight your home is?  There's a test for that!  Blower door tests use a special piece of equipment to see how much air gets pulled through your house.  Basically, it's a very fancy fan.  This process is detailed on the U.S. Department of Energy's website and is a great way to determine where work might need to be done.  This test usually takes about half a day from start to finish, since we must thoroughly check some things before hand.  Contact us to find out more and get a price.
